Session Evaluation

Class description

Learn to convert MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents to PDFs that can be used by everyone and that comply with state and federal accessibility laws. After mastering the basic skills of PDF generation, you will learn how to evaluate PDFs for accessibility and how to repair common accessibility problems. This class covers advanced features of Adobe Acrobat Professional necessary to create documents that work reliably with assistive technologies.

Note:  This class and “PDF Accessibility part 2” in the afternoon from 2:15 – 5:30 are meant to be taken together. The afternoon class builds on the morning class so please plan to take them together.
