Seth Hart works as an Accessibility Specialist at the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services' (DARS) Center for Policy and Innovation. He's been employed at DARS for a year and a half. Before that, Mr. Hart specialized at the Health and Human Services Commission in creating accessible web-based training. In a previous life, Seth taught high school English and social studies.
