Rachel Hale Drew is a writer and editor with the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), an agency committed to helping people with disabilities become more independent. Rachel holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She has more than 10 years experience in professional writing and editing and has taught writing at the college level.
