Knowbility Education programs ensure that students with disabilities have access to technology in schools and that technology professionals have the tools they need to create accessible information technology (IT).
Knowbility provides educational services to students, teachers, parents and educational communities by helping them learn to assess and apply appropriate assistive technology solutions that are geared to the needs of individual students in specific learning environments.
Knowbility teaches technologists how to meet state, federal and local
accessibility standards for accessible IT. Through partnerships with
professional IT training centers we offer specific training classes
customized to your needs. Annually in Austin Texas, Knowbility also
offers two days of intensive accessibility workshops covering an array
of technologies, from intro to accessibility principles to the specific
challenges and solutions of accessibly implementing cutting edge, multimedia
applications.
